“Best of the best. The experience is truly world class. Every hole is thought provoking and phenomenal. Nothing I can add that others already havent. Hell’s Half Acre lived up to its name.”

“The tee shot off the first is one of the most intimidating shots in golf. Right next to the lunch patio, golfers are forced to hit less than driver to kick off their round at one of the most esteemed courses in the world.”

“William Flynn nailed it with the routing and Hanse with the restoration is perfect . The course was in great condition . The property it sits on suits the course perfectly. Maybe the best collection of pat 3’s”

“Course is nice and conditions are pure. It’s a challenging but fun/interesting play, with typical PA rolling terrain that requires placement off the tee even tho it’s wide open at times. However, the club experience is the highlight. Caddy was fantastic.”

“A very friendly laid back small club. The course is very flat and sits on a very below average piece of land. While the front 9 starts strong, the stretch of 6-9 tends to blend together. Lots of tree lined straightaway par 4s.”

“Very solid and unique course. Conditions were fantastic. Layout is solid, some real unique pine barrens type holes. Red starts off with a few doglegs, has 3 Par 3’s with a good yardage variety. White starts off with an awesome hole and has a stretch of really tough holes.”

“Always in great shape but a typical Arnold Palmer miss. Claims to be links but it’s pure target golf. 100% manufactured land. Mindlessly placed hills and undulations. An unnecessary amount of blind or semi blind tee shots or approach shots.”

“Very slow course, expect a long round. They don’t allow walking. Parking can be tough. The first tee box is literally about a half mile away from the clubhouse. No range. Overrated because you can see the airport and eagles stadium on the course for one hole.”

“Fresh of some renovations Paxon was upgraded in a few ways. A brand new clubhouse, lots of tree removal, and plenty of other fixes to a longtime Philly public golf staple.”
