The best golf courses in West Trenton, New Jersey

“The Wissahickon course at PCC is a Tilly masterpiece, I can see why he had his ashes spread in the creek. Top tier greens and bunkers, carpet-like fairways and marvelous par 3’s made for an awesome day. Hope to get back out there soon.”

“Ridge is a really fun and unique course in the middle of nowhere. It’s a modern layout with plenty of room in the landing areas. Some of the greens are a bit extreme, but still fair if not above the hole. Some great views on the top of the mountain on the back 9.”

“Springdale is a decent course all around. Nothing spectacular, but everything’s pretty good. A solid range and practice facility and an old school golf course. A bit short for the modern game, but still fun for all skill levels. Conditions usually are good, not great.”

“Great course that makes you really play the course and not just mindlessly hit your shots. The rough and bunkers are real obstacles: if you want to score then you’ll have to keep it in the fairway.”

“Some of the best green complexes you’ll ever experience. One of Charles Banks finest”

“Course was in decent shape, still played firm despite it being in the middle of a hot rainy spring/early summer. Greens were a bit slow but the layout is good enough to overcome rather uninteresting greens. Really fun risk reward shots and some cool views with the lack of trees.”

“Jasna is cool new school golf course. A few interesting holes, good mix of Par 3’s. 2 drivable Par 4’s. Has the unnatural look a lot of the TPC’s have. Greens weren’t the quickest but they were smooth.”
