The best-conditioned golf courses in Phillipsburg, New Jersey

“Great course. Open layout and semi-hilly makes it challenging. Not too many flat lies and no holes that are given birdies, so you have to fight for your score. The greens aren’t fast sometimes, but easy to read and flat-ish. Also had a career back nine here so maybe I’m biased”

“A really cool modern golf course that is always kept it good shape. Can play really long from back tees. Very hard to walk due to the layout being around the Old.”

“Very cool course that starts in the trees for 3 holes before opening up the rest of the way. Very hilly course with some very cool views. Par 5 9th and Par 3 17th are the best holes in my opinion.”

“I was fortunate to play the Old Course at Saucon about 3 weeks before the United States Senior Open was held. The course was in unbelievable shape and had the grandstands up which was awesome to see. The old course is my favorite of the 3 at Saucon Valley.”

“A few really memorable holes with difficult and large green complexes. The stretch of 13-16 is the best on the course, with a Par 3 over a Quarry, an uphill par 4, and then a super downhill Par 3.”
