The South/Middle combination at Teton Lakes Golf Course in Rexburg, Idaho represents two-thirds of a 27-hole facility designed by Billy Casper Golf, the course design and management firm founded by the late PGA Tour champion. The course opened in the early 2000s as part of a residential development on the eastern edge of the Snake River Plain, where the landscape begins its gradual rise toward the Teton Range visible to the east.
