Teton Lakes Golf Course

The South Course at Teton Lakes Golf Course in Rexburg, Idaho, was designed by Billy Casper, the PGA Tour Hall of Famer who won three major championships during his playing career and later turned to course design. Casper's work here reflects his understanding of strategic golf, creating a layout that serves the golfing community in eastern Idaho's Upper Snake River Valley. The course sits in agricultural country with views of the Teton Range to the east, providing a distinctive mountain backdrop that defines the visual character of the region. The routing works across relatively flat terrain typical of the Snake River Plain, where water features and earth-moving create much of the strategic interest. The climate allows for a traditional northern Rockies golf season, with the course typically open from spring through fall.
