The property sits inland from the actual beach but retains the windswept, links-style character common to Australian coastal courses, with firm turf, natural grasses, and exposure to prevailing sea breezes. The routing makes use of the site's natural movement, with fairways threading through vegetation corridors and greens positioned on elevated ground or nestled into dune formations. Bunkering follows traditional links principles, with deep pot bunkers and sprawling waste areas that penalize errant shots.
