The design incorporates both parkland and links-inspired elements, with fairways that move across and along the ridges and several holes that play through corridors of native grasses and scattered tree stands. The property's elevation changes create strategic interest, with uphill and downhill approaches that require careful club selection and several green sites positioned to take advantage of natural plateaus and slopes. Water comes into play on a handful of holes, though the primary defenses are the undulating terrain and the wind that often sweeps across the open landscape.
