Todd Severud

Todd Severud is a golf course architect whose work is primarily concentrated in the Upper Midwest, with multiple courses in Wisconsin and Minnesota. His portfolio includes a range of public-access facilities that emphasize playability across different terrains and skill levels.

Among his notable designs are the courses at Albion Ridges Golf Club near Annandale, Minnesota, where he created three distinct nines—Boulder, Granite, and Rock—each showcasing different characteristics of the property's natural landscape. In Wisconsin, Severud designed Turtleback Golf Course in Rice Lake, along with nearby Rolling Oaks Golf Club in Barron and Lynndale's Golf Course, also in Rice Lake. He also contributed to The Glacier Club in Durango, Colorado, where both the Cliffs and Glacier courses bear his design stamp.

Severud's work reflects an approach focused on regional accessibility and variety, creating courses that serve their local golf communities while working within the natural topography of the Upper Midwest and Mountain West.
