Rhodes Ranch Course
Las Vegas, NV, USA

Rhodes Ranch occupies a master-planned community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, roughly ten miles from the Strip. Ted Robinson designed the course in the late 1990s as the centerpiece of a residential development that brought traditional country club amenities to a rapidly growing part of the metro area. Robinson, known for his extensive work throughout the western United States and his frequent use of water features, routed the layout across relatively flat desert terrain that had been reshaped to accommodate both golf holes and surrounding homesites. The design incorporates several lakes and streams that come into play on multiple holes, a signature element in Robinson's portfolio that provides visual contrast against the arid Mojave landscape. Fairways are lined with palm trees and desert vegetation, and the course offers views of the Spring Mountains to the west. The routing includes risk-reward opportunities around water hazards and strategically placed bunkers that define landing areas and green complexes. Rhodes Ranch operates as a semi-private facility, allowing public access alongside member play. The club serves both the residential community and visiting golfers seeking a parkland-style experience in Las Vegas. Like many desert courses in the region, conditioning and playability vary with seasonal weather patterns and water management practices. The layout provides a straightforward test suitable for a range of skill levels, with multiple tee boxes adjusting yardage and challenge across the field.

Really fun course, but they gouge. Still should be on list to play
Popular resort course Ted Robinson design. Fun course lots of water and bunkers. A favorite of tourists and locals alike. Usually one of the better priced courses for non residents.
