The course measures around 6,800 yards from the back tees and features tree-lined fairways that demand accuracy off the tee. Water comes into play on several holes, and the greens are moderately sized with subtle contours that reward local knowledge. The routing takes advantage of the property's natural topography, with holes playing across gentle ridges and through wooded sections that provide a parkland character distinct from the flatter agricultural landscape of the surrounding region. Chestnut Hills functions as a traditional private club serving the Fort Wayne community.
