The best courses you can play in Kings Park, New York

“The Tillinghast design is home to some of the tightest fairways and thickest rough a golfer will find. You don't play Bethpage for the greens, you play for the journey to them. They're considerably flat and slow, which people dislike, but I think it adds a sense of fairness back to the golf course.”

“Always living in the shadow of its big brother the black course the red course is a true hidden gem. Without the black course right by its side im a firm believer this course would be seen as a top 5 public course in the state. Same thoughtful routing done by the legendary A.”

“Anyone who has played a Pete Dye track before will instantly recognize his classic touches all over this track. The incredible bunkering(with tiny bunkers that look huge from the tee), the small green par 3s, and some excellent short par 4s.”

“Great conditions, a bit challenging but not too hard or long. So fun to rent push cart and walk. Amazing facilities obviously”

“Not a terrible golf course not really a great one either. The last hole has a giant net that impedes on the shot and its a local rule if you hit the net you get to re tee. Its to protect the houses but it absolutely kills the round…”
