The Third Golf Course

Watersound Club's third course represents the ambitious evolution of golf along Florida's celebrated 30A corridor. Woven into the undulating landscape of Inlet Beach, this modern layout diverges sharply from typical Florida pan-flat expectations. Architect Love Golf Design sculpted a strategic course defined by its generous fairways and subtly contoured greens. While appearing forgiving from the tee, the course's defense lies in its thoughtful bunkering and the prevailing coastal winds which can turn seemingly simple approaches into tests of skill. Known to favor a draw, players must possess a creative short game to combat the subtly sloping greens. A relatively recent addition to the Watersound experience, the third course provides members and guests with an enjoyable and challenging alternative. Post-round, the club is known for their oyster bar, a popular spot to unwind and recap the day's play.

The Third is the best course in NW Florida. Immaculate condition and a links style course make for a great challenge.
It is interesting and very different than the other 2 courses. The split fairways add a unique perspective not really seen in the area. Hopefully get the greens sped up in the future.
New Davis Love III course at Watersound Club. Really cool design, strategic, and fun green complexes. Wild biarritz towards end of front nine. Inland links course with some shared fairways where you can get creative. My favorite course to play at Watersound. 17 is a great short par 4 and has ruined many great rounds. The only bad hole on the course is the Par 4 (13th hole) which had to be re-routed during design due to a Bald Eagles nest that they found when going to clear the area where green site was supposed to be.
