Seapoint Golf Club

Seapoint Golf Club sits along the estuary of the River Boyne near Drogheda in County Louth, approximately thirty miles north of Dublin. The course was designed by Declan Brannigan in collaboration with Des Smyth, the accomplished Irish professional who competed extensively on the European Tour and Champions Tour. Opened in the late 1990s, Seapoint occupies relatively flat terrain characteristic of estuary landscapes, with the Boyne's tidal waters and the Irish Sea influencing both the setting and the prevailing winds that shape play. The layout makes use of its coastal proximity and water features, with several holes running alongside or near the estuary.
