Meadow Brook Course
Jericho, NY, USA

Meadow Brook, a Long Island mainstay near Jericho, whispers of leisurely summer days and tightly contested club championships. This classic, mid-century parkland layout, sculpted from the rolling terrain of Nassau County, presents a strategic test. While not excessively long, the course rewards thoughtful play, demanding precise iron shots into subtly contoured greens. It favors players who can work the ball, with doglegs and well-placed bunkers requiring strategic shot shaping. The original design bears the mark of early 20th-century craftsmanship, with subtle updates over the years to maintain its playability. While Meadow Brook hasn't hosted national championships, its pedigree lies in fostering a strong sense of community amongst its members. Known locally for its relaxed atmosphere and convivial membership, Meadow Brook's charm extends beyond the course. The clubhouse grill room, specifically, is legendary among the membership and their guests for a particular dish: the "Brook Burger," a juicy patty piled high with crispy onion rings and tangy barbecue sauce, a perfect reward after a round. It's the kind of course where families gather, and traditions are quietly, yet fiercely, upheld.

What a property. 14k sq ft 1st green is a good start to what you will see all day. Really excited about what the super is going to try and do here
Such a fun tournament course. #9 is one of my favorite par 3's
An amazing championship layout that really goes under the radar in golf rich LI. A real test no matter what tee you play. A cool drivable par 4 (5) and cool short Par 5 finishing hole.
