Mallard Creek Course
Lebanon, OR, USA

Mallard Creek Golf Course sits in Lebanon, a small city in the Willamette Valley of western Oregon, roughly fifteen miles east of Albany. The course occupies relatively flat valley terrain characteristic of this agricultural region, where the landscape transitions from the valley floor toward the foothills of the Cascade Range visible to the east. The setting reflects the typical Willamette Valley environment of open farmland interspersed with stands of Douglas fir and oak. The course serves the local golfing community in Linn County and the surrounding mid-valley area. As a public facility in a smaller Oregon town, Mallard Creek provides accessible golf in a region where courses tend to be straightforward in design and maintenance, catering to recreational players and local leagues rather than destination golfers. The routing likely incorporates the natural drainage patterns common to valley courses, with water features that may include creeks or ponds reflecting the course name. Lebanon's location in the heart of Oregon's grass seed and nursery country means the course operates within a landscape defined by agriculture and moderate climate, with wet winters and dry summers typical of the valley. The facility serves as a community golf resource in an area where the game remains primarily a local pastime rather than a tourist draw, offering a practical layout suited to the valley's gentle topography and the needs of its regional player base.
Good daily fee course a little bit off I-5. Nice scenery course climbs up and down hills amongst trees and creeks. Always been in good shape when I’ve played it. There is a RV park there I. Case you want to make it a weekend. Recommend
