It’s also the location where the famed "Oak Hill Sleepy Hollow" incident took place which occurred when a group of club members drove down to the Sleepy Hollow Country Club to liberate, for a short time at least, some of the statues which they thought rightfully belonged at Oak Hill to begin with.
