Balboa at Encino Municipal Golf Club is a public facility in the San Fernando Valley that reflects the work of two architects separated by decades. William P. Bell, one of Southern California's most prolific course designers during the early-to-mid twentieth century, created the original layout. Steve Timm later contributed renovation work to update the course for contemporary play.
