CABOT CITRUS FARMS
🇺🇸 Brooksville, FL, USA
Designed by Tom Fazio
The Wedge at Cabot Citrus Farms, carved into the sandy soil of Florida's Nature Coast, is a modern links-style layout that boldly challenges convention. Its undulating fairways, sculpted waste areas, and strategically placed bunkers demand strategic thinking over brute power. This course is best suited for players who can use imagination around the green.
Designed by Kyle Franz, The Wedge captures the spirit of minimalist design, letting the natural contours and native vegetation dictate the course's character. The expansive fairways encourage aggressive drives, but the approaches require a deft touch to navigate the tricky green complexes.
The club is a haven for those who appreciate pure golf, where walking is encouraged and the focus is on camaraderie and enjoyment of the game. Locals and visitors alike speak fondly of the post-round gatherings, where stories are shared over cold beverages and classic American fare.

Fun
Fun par three course at Cabot Citrus Farms. Perfect for afternoon rounds before dinner with the group. Total yardage of 1,000 means a lot of flighted wedges into intriguing greens. Great time with friends!
The wedge is a fine par 3 course. Who calls slices of oranges wedges? I myself have never at an orange wedge only slices.
