Talons Cove at Saratoga Springs occupies terrain along the western shore of Utah Lake in Saratoga Springs, a rapidly developing city in northern Utah County. Gene Bates designed the course to work with the natural topography of the area, which features rolling terrain and views across the lake toward the Wasatch Mountains to the east. Water features appear on several holes, reflecting the course's proximity to Utah Lake and its namesake cove setting.
