PAGE BELCHER GOLF CLUB
🇺🇸 Tulsa, OK, USA
Designed by Donald Sechrest

Stone Creek is one of two 18-hole courses at Page Belcher Golf Club, a municipal facility operated by the City of Tulsa in the northwest part of the city. Designed by Donald Sechrest and opened in 1977, the course was built to complement the original Perry Maxwell-designed layout at the property, providing additional public golf capacity for the Tulsa area. Sechrest, a regional architect active across Oklahoma and neighboring states during the 1960s and 1970s, created a layout that reflects the rolling terrain characteristic of northeast Oklahoma.
The course occupies land with moderate elevation changes and incorporates natural creek corridors that influence routing and strategy. Tree-lined fairways and water hazards feature throughout, typical of parkland designs from this era in the region. The layout serves a range of skill levels, with multiple tee options that allow the course to play from different yardages suitable for both recreational and competitive rounds.
Page Belcher Golf Club has long served as an accessible venue for Tulsa's golfing community, hosting local amateur events and providing daily-fee play. Stone Creek operates alongside the older Maxwell course, and together they form one of the more established municipal golf complexes in Oklahoma. The facility includes practice areas and a clubhouse that serves both courses, maintaining its role as a public golf resource in a city with a strong golf tradition.
