While not as relentlessly demanding in length, Shore favors strategic play and precise iron work. The course meanders through cypress trees and rolling dunes, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from nearly every hole. Locals will tell you the prevailing winds can transform the course dramatically, demanding different game planning from one day to the next. This more playable layout is also known for its exceptionally strong collection of par threes.
