PREDATOR RIDGE GOLF RESORT
🇨🇦 Vernon, British Columbia, CA
Designed by Doug Carrick

Built upon the sun-drenched slopes overlooking Okanagan Lake, The Ridge at Predator Ridge isn't just a golf course; it's a canvas etched into the very fabric of the Vernon landscape. This modern layout, sculpted into the rolling hills and Ponderosa pines, presents a strategic test. Wide fairways lull you into a false sense of security, only to tighten around the greens, demanding thoughtful approaches and a deft touch on the undulating surfaces. The prevailing winds sweeping down the valley add another layer of intrigue, rewarding those who can master their trajectory.
Designed by Doug Carrick, The Ridge seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings. Carrick routed holes to take full advantage of the elevation changes, incorporating natural rock outcroppings and native grasses into the course's character. The course is more than visually appealing, it's a strategic marvel. The Ridge is known for favoring players who can shape their shots and think their way around the course, rather than simply relying on brute force.
While the Ridge is not typically on the national spotlight or championship circuit, it holds a special place for the local community. Members take particular pride in the meticulously maintained conditions and the stunning vistas that greet them from nearly every hole.
Reviews
Holes 5-14 are world class. Amazing how all of these holes have elevated tee shots. Views are great. Only downfall is a boring first and last two holes relative to the rest of the course.
