BAYBERRY HILLS GOLF CLUB
🇺🇸 West Yarmouth, MA, USA
Designed by Brian Silva, Geoffrey Cornish

Bayberry Hills Golf Club sits on Cape Cod in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, offering a twenty-seven-hole layout divided into three nines. The Red and White combination forms one of the primary eighteen-hole routings available to members and visitors. Geoffrey Cornish, a prolific New England architect who shaped dozens of courses across the region during the mid-twentieth century, designed the original course. Brian Silva, another respected Massachusetts-based designer, later contributed renovations and refinements that updated the layout while respecting Cornish's foundational work.
The course occupies rolling terrain characteristic of Cape Cod's glacial landscape, with natural elevation changes that provide variety and strategic interest. Fairways move through corridors of native scrub oak, pitch pine, and beach plum, vegetation typical of the sandy soils and coastal climate. The routing takes advantage of the property's contours, creating holes that play uphill and downhill with enough movement to distinguish individual holes while maintaining walkability.
Bayberry Hills serves as an accessible option for Cape Cod golf, drawing both seasonal visitors and local players. The course balances challenge with playability, offering enough length and design complexity to engage skilled golfers while remaining approachable for higher handicappers. Conditioning reflects the Cape's sandy base, with firm turf and natural areas that frame play without excessive grooming. The club operates as a semi-private facility, accommodating public tee times alongside member play throughout the season.
Reviews
3 9’s on property. I played Red/White, which is most common combo for 18. I think White/Blue is an option too, which I will go back to try so I can test out the links track(blue). Overall fun track with greens in great shape.
