Red Hawk at White Hawk Country Club is a Tim Nugent design located in Crown Point, Indiana, approximately 50 miles southeast of Chicago in the northwestern corner of the state. The course occupies rolling terrain characteristic of the glacially influenced landscape of Lake County, where natural elevation changes provide more movement than typically found in much of Indiana's flatter regions. Nugent, a Midwest-based architect, routed the layout to take advantage of these contours while incorporating wetlands and native grasses that frame many holes.
