PINE CANYON GOLF CLUB
🇺🇸 Flagstaff, AZ, USA
Designed by Jay Morrish

Nestled within the cool pines of Northern Arizona, Pine Canyon offers a modern mountain golf experience subtly shaped by the unique high-altitude playing conditions. The course resides within the private community of Pine Canyon, built around the golf course.
Designed by Jay Morrish, the course unfolds across rolling terrain, favoring a strategic approach over sheer power. Wide fairways encourage aggressive tee shots, but subtle undulations and well-placed bunkers demand thoughtful iron play. The course's higher elevation lends to longer drives, but requires golfers to recalibrate distance control on approach shots into receptive greens. This lends itself to a resort style golfer rather than low handicap.
While Pine Canyon has yet to host a major professional championship, it has hosted various amateur and regional events. The club maintains a strong local presence, fostering a tight-knit membership known for its active participation in club tournaments and social gatherings. Pine Canyon is more than just a golf course however. It is a retreat for its membership.
A noted feature of the club is it's family-first mentality, as the course is designed with multiple tee options, making it accessible to players of all skill levels. The club also prides itself on its junior golf program, aiming to cultivate the next generation of golfers within the Pine Canyon community.
