PINE BROOK COUNTRY CLUB
🇺🇸 Weston, MA, USA
Designed by John Van Kleek, Wayne Stiles

Pine Brook Country Club, nestled amid the storied golf landscape west of Boston, evokes a sense of understated, old-line New England character. It's a classic, member-centric golf experience that hasn't chased trends or loudly advertised its existence.
Originally crafted in the early 1920s, this gently rolling, parkland-style course, graced with mature pines that define the club's namesake, bears the mark of renowned architect Orrin Smith. While not overly long by modern standards, Pine Brook presents a strategic challenge, rewarding thoughtful course management over brute power. Subtle doglegs and well-guarded greens ask golfers to shape shots and carefully consider club selection.
Pine Brook has remained largely untouched by major championship golf, its emphasis firmly on providing a welcoming and engaging experience for its membership. The club has an active and convivial membership. Many are long-term Bostonians from a variety of professional backgrounds. There is also a long tradition of bridge played amongst members.
