PENINSULA GOLF RESORT
🇺🇸 Lancaster, KY, USA
Designed by Pete Dye

Peninsula Golf Resort, carved into the rolling Kentucky landscape near Lancaster, is where bluegrass tradition meets modern golf ambition. The course, while not widely known nationally, holds a devoted local following, its challenging layout a talking point among Central Kentucky golfers.
The course, a modern design that meanders through the region's characteristic undulating terrain, presents a strategic test. Narrow fairways punish wayward drives, and strategically placed water hazards demand calculated risk-taking on several holes. A slight draw off the tee will serve the golfer well.
While Peninsula Golf Resort has not hosted national championships, it is the site of several significant regional amateur events and the setting for countless club championships that are fiercely contested. The nineteenth hole is known for its warm welcomes and hearty fare – a fitting end to a round in the heart of Kentucky.
