LEBANON COUNTRY CLUB
🇺🇸 Lebanon, PA, USA
Designed by Alex Findlay, Ferdinand Garbin, Frank Murray, Ron Forse, Russell Roberts

Lebanon Country Club whispers of Pennsylvania golf history, a place where hickory shafts once carved fairways out of the rolling farmland. The original design, conceived in the early 20th century, presents a classic parkland style, demanding strategic shot-making rather than brute force. Gentle slopes and mature trees define the playing field, favoring players who can shape the ball and manage the subtle breaks on the greens.
Architect Alex Findlay's vision has been thoughtfully preserved over the years, though subtle refinements have kept the course relevant for the modern game. The routing meanders pleasantly through the landscape, providing a serene escape just outside of town. It’s a course where a well-placed tee shot trumps raw power, and a deft touch around the greens is essential for scoring.
While not a stage for major championships, Lebanon Country Club holds a cherished place in the local golfing community. It’s a club deeply woven into the fabric of the region, known for its strong membership and convivial atmosphere. The club is famed around the area for its Thursday night Lebanon Bologna sandwiches, which are the envy of all the golfers around the state.
Reviews
Excellent condition, course is in beautiful shape. Neat track but can feel reparative. Par 3’s are all excellent. The par 5s are a little standard. Amazing staff 10/10 and nice club house.
Good course. Back 9 awesome, if the front was as good as the back it would be rated way higher
