Isleworth, carved into the Butler Chain of Lakes near Windermere, Florida, is synonymous with power golf. Isleworth's terrain is uniquely challenging given the proximity to so many lakes. This requires players to manage risk with a variety of tee boxes. Isleworth tests even the best players with its length. Originally designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, with a later renovation by Steve Smyers, Isleworth was built for a specific purpose. It's been a crucible for some of the games most promising amateurs and professionals. Isleworth’s layout is notorious for its demanding par-4s and slick, undulating greens, demanding pinpoint accuracy on approach shots.
