The club sits along the Loxahatchee River in northern Palm Beach County, where Hills took advantage of the natural terrain to create three distinct layouts. The Hills course, as its name suggests, incorporates more elevation change than is typical for South Florida golf, with mounding and strategic bunkering that define the playing corridors through mature vegetation.

Hills routed the course through a mix of pine and palmetto landscape, with water features appearing on several holes. The design emphasizes strategic shot-making rather than pure length, with fairway bunkers positioned to challenge tee shots and greens that reward accurate approach play.
