HERITAGE OF HAWK RIDGE
🇺🇸 Lake St Louis, MO, USA
Designed by Larry W. Flatt

Heritage of Hawk Ridge, carved into the rolling landscape of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, offers a strategic test that rewards calculated risk-taking and penalizes overconfidence. This is not a course where brute strength alone prevails.
Built in the late 20th century, the course meanders through mature Missouri parkland, demanding thoughtful navigation around strategically placed water hazards and demanding bunkers. Players will find many opportunities to use their driver as the course opens up often with long par 4's and 5's. While not known for hosting major championships, the course has become a celebrated test of the region.
Architect Gary Kern has designed a course that challenges every club in the bag. The signature, no-nonsense design aesthetic favors the golfer who can shape shots and manage the undulation of the green complexes. The membership, drawn from the surrounding St. Louis metro area, is known for its competitive spirit and post-round camaraderie centered around the club's popular Friday night fish fry.
