En Route 57 is an 18-hole championship course at Nkonyeni Golf Lodge & Estate in the Manzini region of Eswatini, formerly known as Swaziland. Designed by South African architect Phil Jacobs, the course occupies rolling terrain in the country's interior lowveld, where the landscape transitions between highveld grasslands and subtropical vegetation. The estate setting provides views across the surrounding valleys and distant mountain ranges that characterize this part of southern Africa.

Jacobs, known for his work on courses throughout southern Africa, routed the layout to incorporate the natural contours and existing drainage patterns of the property.
