LANCASTER COUNTRY CLUB
🇺🇸 Lancaster, PA, USA
Designed by Brian Silva, Jim Nagle, Ron Forse, William S. Flynn

Dogwood at Lancaster Country Club is a study in evolving championship pedigree, having matured from its early twentieth-century roots into a venue fit for national competition. Carved into the rolling, verdant hills of Lancaster County, Dogwood presents a classic parkland experience defined by mature tree lines and subtly undulating fairways.
Original architect William Flynn crafted a strategic layout that rewards thoughtful play. While not overly long by modern standards, Dogwood challenges with its cleverly placed bunkers and the premium it places on accurate iron play into well-guarded greens. A 2006 Ron Forse renovation added length and nuance, subtly sharpening the course's teeth. The course is known locally for its abundance of dogwoods on the property.
Lancaster Country Club hosted the 2015 U.S. Women's Open, cementing its place as a championship-caliber venue. The club maintains a dedicated membership, with multi-generational ties.
Reviews
Lancaster is a great Flynn. Meandering streams flow through the property. Great variety of shots, lots of false fronts and long fescue on spots on the property call for a enjoyable round with plenty of danger looming.
