CUTTER CREEK GOLF CLUB
🇺🇸 Snow Hill, NC, USA
Designed by Bob Moore

Cutter Creek isn't just another eastern North Carolina course; it's a testament to the golfing ambitions of its tight-knit Snow Hill community. Sculpted from former farmland, architect Bob Moore crafted a playable, modern layout that subtly challenges golfers without pretense.
The gently rolling terrain, far from dramatic elevation changes, characterizes much of the course, offering open fairways that often reward a slight draw. Favoring risk takers, the approach shots are where Cutter Creek shows it's teeth. Strategically placed bunkers guarding slick, undulating greens demand careful club selection and precise execution to score well.
While not a stop on any major tour, Cutter Creek is a gathering place—a reflection of its down-to-earth locale. The club's appeal extends beyond the course; its Thursday night steak dinners are legendary throughout Greene County. The locals come more for the camaraderie than the competition, cementing Cutter Creek’s place as a genuine community hub.

Great Track Rules Official during a Mini Tour event BoJangles
Second favorite course in Eastern NC. Great practice facility with chipping green and elegant range for a warm up. Watch the Pat Bonds YouTube video for a full play. Not sure if they will switch to private or increase greens fees when the new clubhouse is built but the current proshop/restaurant is understandably basic as the course is relatively new.
