Creekside at Golf Club of Georgia

The Creekside Course at Golf Club of Georgia opened in 1993 as the club's original championship layout, designed by Arthur Hills. Located in Alpharetta, roughly thirty miles north of Atlanta, the course occupies rolling terrain characteristic of Georgia's Piedmont region. Hills routed the eighteen holes through wooded corridors of hardwoods and pines, incorporating natural elevation changes and several creek corridors that give the course its name.

The design emphasizes strategic variety, with fairways that move through the property's natural contours and greens that feature moderate to bold undulation. Water comes into play on multiple holes, primarily through the creek systems that cross fairways and guard green complexes. Golf Club of Georgia operates as a private facility and added a second Arthur Hills course, the Lakeside, in 1995. The club maintains a traditional membership structure focused on golf and family recreation.
