CASCATA GOLF CLUB
🇺🇸 Boulder City, NV, USA
Designed by Keith Evans, Rees Jones

Cascata, sculpted into the rugged Nevada desert near Boulder City, is a testament to excess and engineering. Waterfalls cascade down sheer cliffs, defying the arid landscape – a spectacle as audacious as its creator, Steve Wynn. The course, designed by Rees Jones, demands power off the tee; its generous fairways invite aggressive play, but stray too far and the desert scrub exacts a heavy toll. Length is rewarded; precision is a bonus.
Built on a scale rarely seen in golf, Cascata delivers a premium experience. The high initiation fee ensures exclusivity. You may glimpse a celebrity sighting, a member who values privacy, and a perfectly manicured course above all else.
The clubhouse, a Tuscan-inspired palace, continues the theme of opulent escape, and a glass elevator transports golfers from the practice area to the first tee. The club's dining is excellent and consistent to pair with the high-end experience, but not particularly known for a specific dish.
Reviews
Greens were in rough shape the last time I played it, and the water is not allowed to run anymore, which takes a lot away from the course. Still an awesome track.
