BOCAIRE COUNTRY CLUB
🇺🇸 Boca Raton, FL, USA
Designed by Joe Lee

Bocaire Country Club, nestled in the heart of Boca Raton, Florida, represents a strategic evolution of Florida golf course design. Eschewing the typical flat terrain often associated with the region, this course carves a thoughtful path through a landscape subtly shaped to offer more than meets the eye. Wide fairways initially lull golfers into a false sense of security, quickly revealing the need for strategic positioning to navigate approach shots into subtly contoured greens.
Originally designed by Joe Lee, Bocaire underwent a significant renovation by Kipp Schulties that brought the course into the modern era. This update preserved the spirit of the original design while enhancing playability and visual appeal. Known among its close-knit membership, Bocaire emphasizes a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere that allows members to enjoy the course's challenges.
While not a regular fixture on professional tournament rotations, Bocaire holds a cherished place within its community. The club's membership, known for their passion for the game and camaraderie, frequently engage in friendly competitions and social events. It’s a place where the competition is strong but always good-natured, and where a post-round drink is as valued as a well-played approach.
Reviews
Course was in excellent condition we unfortunately got rained on and the course dried out very fast. The greens were receptive and ran true
