The coastal holes present the most memorable golf, particularly where the fairways run parallel to the beach and players contend with prevailing southeasterly winds. Elevation changes throughout the property create both dramatic vistas and challenging approach shots to greens positioned on plateaus or nestled in hollows. Atlantic Beach serves a residential membership and welcomes visiting golfers. The club operates within a gated estate community, and the course conditions typically reflect the Cape's Mediterranean climate—firm and fast in summer, softer during the winter rainfall months. The facility includes practice areas and a clubhouse with ocean views, catering primarily to members and their guests alongside a limited number of daily-fee players.
