Higashinomiya Country Club

The Aoi Course at Higashinomiya Country Club is located in Haga, a town in Tochigi Prefecture approximately ninety kilometers north of Tokyo. The course was designed by Tomizawa Seizou and Tomizawa Hirochika, a father-and-son architectural team known for their work on Japanese golf courses during the latter half of the twentieth century. The Tomizawa family contributed to the development of numerous layouts across Japan during the country's golf expansion era.
