Eagle Ridge Golf & Country Club's Andy Dye course occupies rolling terrain in General Trias, Cavite, approximately thirty kilometers south of Manila. The layout is part of a larger residential and golf resort development that transformed former agricultural land into one of the Philippines' more prominent golf destinations during the country's golf expansion in the 1990s. Andy Dye, son of renowned architect Pete Dye, designed the course to work with the property's natural elevation changes and integrate water features throughout the routing. The course plays across varied topography with several holes featuring significant elevation shifts from tee to green. Water comes into play on multiple holes, a characteristic element in Dye family designs, requiring strategic decisions on approach shots and club selection. The layout incorporates both open corridors and tree-lined fairways, with bunkering that reflects the Dye design philosophy of visible hazards and strategic options rather than purely penal architecture. Eagle Ridge operates as a membership club with guest access, serving both Manila's golf community and international visitors. The facility includes practice areas and clubhouse amenities typical of upscale Philippine golf clubs. The Andy Dye course is one of four eighteen-hole layouts at the Eagle Ridge property, allowing the club to host tournaments and accommodate substantial member and guest play.
