Roseman's design work is represented in the Chicago suburbs through two private clubs that serve their local communities. Both courses reflect the classic American country club tradition of the early-to-mid twentieth century, offering members tree-lined parkland golf in the rolling terrain characteristic of northern Illinois.
Barrington Hills Country Club in Barrington opened in 1957 and features mature oak and maple corridors along gently undulating fairways. Crystal Lake Country Club, located roughly fifteen miles northwest in Crystal Lake, provides a similar setting with strategic bunkering and small, subtly contoured greens. Both layouts emphasize accuracy over distance and reward thoughtful course management.
Limited archival records make comprehensive biographical details scarce, but the courses themselves demonstrate a straightforward design philosophy suited to club play and member enjoyment rather than tournament spectacle.
