Among his most celebrated projects is The European Club in Brittas Bay, County Wicklow—a course he built on his own land that reflects his uncompromising vision for strategic, natural golf. In Donegal, Ruddy designed multiple courses at Rosapenna Hotel & Golf Resort, including St. Patrick's Links and Sandy Hills, both of which utilize the dramatic dunesland of Ireland's northwest coast. His portfolio also includes Druids Glen in County Wicklow and ventures beyond Ireland, such as the de l'Irlande course at Club de golf de l'Ile de Montréal in Quebec.
