Johnny Miller transitioned from a Hall of Fame playing career to golf course architecture, bringing a champion's perspective to design work. Winner of 25 PGA Tour events including the 1973 U.S. Open—where he fired a historic final-round 63—Miller ranked among the world's top players throughout the mid-1970s before shifting focus to broadcasting and course design.
His architectural portfolio spans diverse terrain and settings. Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St. George, Utah, navigates dramatic red-rock landscape, while Silverado Country Club & Resort's North and South courses in Napa Valley serve as longtime tournament venues. Other notable designs include Maderas Golf Club near San Diego, Due Process Stable in New Jersey, and Eagle Oaks Golf Club on the East Coast.
