Ed Riccoboni

Ed Riccoboni developed a concentrated portfolio of golf courses across South Carolina and North Carolina, with designs that reflect the region's varied terrain and communities. His work spans from private country clubs to public and military facilities, demonstrating versatility in project scope and clientele.

Among his South Carolina designs are The Country Club of Lexington in the state's Midlands region, along with Ponderosa Country Club in Leesville and White Plains Country Club in Pageland. Riccoboni also created layouts for military recreation at Carolina Lakes Golf Course on Shaw Air Force Base and the nearby Crystal Lakes Golf Course in Sumter. Shannon Greens Golf Club in Manning rounds out his in-state portfolio.

His work extended into North Carolina with The Lakes Country Club in Boiling Spring Lakes, a coastal community layout. The geographic clustering of these projects suggests Riccoboni established his practice primarily serving the Carolinas during his active design career.
