Dr. Michael Hurdzan

Dr. Michael Hurdzan is an American golf course architect, author, and retired U.S. Army colonel who served with the Special Forces (Green Berets). A member and past president of the American Society of Golf Course Architects, he has designed and renovated hundreds of courses throughout North America and abroad. Hurdzan is one of only a handful of individuals to receive golf's "triple crown" of honors—the Old Tom Morris Award, Donald Ross Award, and Don A. Rossi Award—placing him alongside legends including Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Pete Dye.
