Dave Thomas

Dave Thomas is a Scottish golf course architect whose prolific portfolio spans Europe, Asia, and beyond. With more than sixty courses attributed to him in Course Vaults, Thomas has worked extensively across Spain—particularly in Murcia and Andalucía—where designs such as Abama in Tenerife, Mar Menor, and the three Almenara layouts at Sotogrande showcase his range. His projects include resort courses like Robinson Nobilis in Turkey, Terre Blanche's Le Château and Le Riou courses in Provence, and Taichung International Country Club in Taiwan.

Thomas has also contributed to the British golfing landscape with the Lansdowne course at Blairgowrie, the Hunting course at Slaley Hall, and work at Newmachar Golf Club in Aberdeenshire.
